We don’t condone act of sending bullets, says Hisham - The Star (Feb 27)

Ya right, but no one says anything about sending bullies? How can you not love the politicians and their stories?

How stupid can you be?

I can’t help but feeling some of our politicians really think that we are so bloody stupid and gullible that we’ll believe whatever bullshits that come out from their mouth! So much so they don’t even use their brains up there (or wherever it sits) before they talk.

There was this woman, recently reportedly denied owning a blog that insulted Prophet Muhammad and she has even lodged a police report denying the Internet domain belonged to her much earlier.

Yet, there is this fella, who got himself a job as the Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department, Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi, quoted in the newspaper today -

“Dr Ahmad Zahid said the woman should take responsibility even if she had not been monitoring the content of the site. "She should monitor her own blog. People are visiting it and she cannot put the blame on somebody else,” he told reporters…”


What do I think? I think this Dr fella either –

a. Wasn’t aware the woman has already denied the domain does not belong to her; or

b. Does not know how Internet works; or

c. Does not know how a blog works; or

d. Does not know what he was talking about; or

e. Does not believe her police report; or

f. Misquoted by the media


Talking about the media, what was on the mind of the reporter who wrote this news? Didn’t he/she notice the obvious? And what happened to the editor who approved this article for print? No one dared to ask this Datuk-Dr-Minister-Whatever what rubbish he was spitting?

Lucky the comic section today was ok, so I consider my RM1.20 not totally wasted.

This fella talks more like a goon than someone ‘supposedly’ respectable who carries a ‘Datuk’ title (then again, looking around and think about it, arrogance maybe, it doesn’t necessary reflect the level of intelligence, right?). How can he keeps his job is everyone’s guess, but as long as these crap attitudes are allowed, I don’t see any lights in the future.

“What corruptions? There are no corruptions.”

“What’s wrong? There is no wrong.”

“Anymore questions? Need any help? Please tell me, I’m here to serve the people, I work very hard you know?”

8. Who's bluffing? The excuse of being violent was that others who turned violent first; then somehow the facts turned up otherwise? Viewing from certain angle it's dead serious, turn it around and it's no big deal anymore?

I guess the day they stop printing comics in the newspaper, that's the day I'll stop spending RM1.20 a day for it...

5.“We need animals for this Zoo” So now this politician says people who smoke is an animal, because they are not thinking.. I’m not sure if there’re any jokers from his current team are smokers, but I’d bet my last sen with you that there are gonna be 'animals' from his 'farm' fielded for the coming election.

Come to think of it, it’ll be harder to pick one of these buggers who uses his brain often enough, before they utter rubbish out of their mouths.

6. Why must he be dressed like a clown? Hey even the one who didn't make it to space has just been promoted, guess it’s not too long before he gets to be a Datuk!

“One more time!”. Way before our first spaceman (most politically correct term for ‘the man who went to the space' - Angkasawan, astronaut, spaceflight participant, whatever!) landed, our leaders were busy issuing statements to talk about sending the next one to space, again. Only one person so far had enough senses to talk about its practicality. But somehow this news article's link was inaccessible now, although it was published on Oct 22, 2007...

7. Visit Malaysia Year 2007!

CNN says it's 40,000 folks here while the Malaysian Police says 4,000, and this news wasn't even worth front page in the local papers! I guess it must be one of those foreign media pranks again.

Home sweet home

4. Welcome to my home! It’s just a typical one with 16 bedrooms (by the way, my master bedroom is just slightly bigger than a typical house with a Jacuzzi ;)), 21 bathrooms, a swimming pool, a 2-hole mini golf course, 2 maids’ rooms, an orchard, a few gazebos…

Please don’t feel jealous, because I work hard for it you know! I serve the people, I help them, I work hard for the government so I deserve this. You don’t have to know how I got the money for all these; I’m a POLITICIAN! So what it slipped my mind about getting approval to build this house? So what if I forgot to pay assessment for my other property for the past 12 years? So what if I have not-so-legal restaurant on a government land? So what's your problem?

As I scan the newspapers and Internet with a little more attention, I found more and more morons around us. Stubborn as I've always been, I told myself I needed 100 REASONS to admit that I'm actually living in a ZOO...

Here goes...

1. “Motorcyclists may be banned from expressways”. It sounded like a concerned POLITICIAN wanting to prevent accidents; but think again when he said, "...the other motorists pay to use these roads while such motorcyclists do not pay so they should abide by the road rules...". This came from the TOLL MINISTER, whose sole purpose in life is to burden the people by increasing toll rates all the time.

I can't help but think that his main grouch is the motorcyclists don’t pay toll, so he doesn't need them. Don't tell me only motorcyclists caused accidents on the highways? Might as well ban the cars and lorries too?


2. “If you cannot fight rape, better lay down and enjoy it”. And this POLITICIAN even claimed he's quoting a proverb from Confucius! What kind of animals are we keeping in our backyard?


3. “I forgot to pay duty”. This stupid fella ran out of excuse for trying to cheat the government and ended up with such low-IQ defense when caught. And the newspaper’s so kind it helped covering this POLITICIAN’s identity. Imagine if any NON-FAVORED-POLITICIAN on the street could get away with this lame excuse?
